About the project

“SAY IT” is a multimedia platform that provides accessible psychological support to people across Ukraine through informational videos and a professional psychological hotline.

Some things are hard to say out loud. Sometimes we don’t know how to support our loved ones, what words to find, or whether to speak at all. “SAY IT” was created for such moments: when a loved one returns from the front and the distance between you is hard to bridge, or when grief makes life difficult and even simple things feel overwhelming. Sometimes it’s enough to just be there.

A joint initiative of the Sweden-Ukraine Foundation and the National Psychological Association of Ukraine (NPA) with the support of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. The project uses short educational films to help people understand how to communicate with those who have experienced difficult life situations and support them.

The psychological support hotline 0-800-100-102 operates daily from 09:00 to 05:00 Kyiv time.
